From the Principal

St Bede’s is a small school and we are proud of our commitment to building a community of learning, care and faith. We seek to offer engaging and challenging learning opportunities in all areas of learning and we value the celebration of learning, of our faith and of significant events. Our motto ‘Walk in Love and Peace’ is supported by our 5Cs – Cooperation, Courtesy, Consideration, Compromise and Consequences. We strive to live these out by developing positive relationships across our school community and in the way we reach out to the wider community through service and giving.

Technology is integrated into learning across the school. A 1:1 bring your own iPad program in Years 3-6 and a shared model in K-2 reflect the needs of students in today's world. iPads have a positive impact on outcomes for students and students are empowered to show their learning in a variety of ways that account for individual learning styles and needs.

Parents are key partners in their children’s learning and in the life of the school. Their involvement as classroom helpers and event volunteers, and the support and services offered to the school community via the Parents and Friends Association make a significant difference in the daily life of the school.

I invite you to contact the school if you would like to learn more about St Bede’s.
